Adequate sleep is very important for brain development folks. A good way to understand the role of sleep is to look at what would happen if we didn’t sleep. Lack of sleep has serious effects on our brain’s ability to function. If you’ve ever pulled an all-nighter, you’ll be familiar with the following after-effects: grumpiness, grogginess, irritability and forgetfulness. After just one night without sleep, concentration becomes more difficult and attention span shortens considerably. Read the The science of sleep.
Okay; now Skills like MEMORY are the first to go when we’re tired. Let’s have a test for judging our Face Recognition Memory Ability.
This test assesses your ability to remember how long ago something happened – your ‘temporal’ memory. If you’re tired you won’t be as good at remembering when you saw or did something.
The test is in three parts. You will see a set of some images (some faces). In second part you will see second set of images (faces). In third part you will see more faces one by one and you will have to guess one by one that whether you saw that face in set-1 or set-2 or not and if you have seen then in what set? It is a very very interesting quiz. I enjoyed it a lot.
My recognition score (if you saw it) was 100%
and for Temporal memory score (when you saw it/in which set) err! I am not going to tell you that :)
First you tell me your.
