In my previous post, I have posted some of the pics of my fish and aquarium. I have started this new hobby as its pleasant to have a fish tank and colorful fish in it. I have been experimenting a lot and observing fish habits. I have small fish. I have 2 24 inches fish aquarium and I plan to buy new bigger aquarium and have bigger fish in that one. I bought two kind of fish food or fish feed. These are two packets of little granules. One is YoYo (multicolored granules)which destroys appetite in fish. I mean it just destroys fish appetite and fish feels well fed and not hungry. And the second one is grey colored granules (feed pellets) which is said to help fish grow bigger in size. Fish does not have sense of how much to eat and when to eat. If you feed it many times a day, it will try to eat all the time and all the food you throw in your aquarium. It is advised that you throw few granules twice a day. Recently I have bought some of the dried worm food for fish. Proceed to see the images of what I am feeding to my fish.

Fish Food – Dried Worms

Freeze dried Tubifex worms or freeze dried blood worms can be used once a week as a treat for fish. In cold weather condition you can use these more often but in hot weather condition use once in a week. Access use of these dried worms as fish food will make fish habitual of eating these and they will eat these worm more and anything else (granules or palettes) less. These can be used for all varieties of Tropical Fish, Gold fish, Marine fish and turtle.

Aquarium Treatments

Aqua Guard (Red)

Removes chlorine from water. Should be added some drops in fresh water before introducing it to the tank.

Methylene Blue (Blue)

Should be added after introducing water to the tank. It helps fish adopt new environment when you change the water.

This is what I have available here and using. What do you use?
